• PULL UP KING™️ reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS or UPS, PULL UP KING™️ is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with said carrier and pending a future investigation, our Customer Service team will decide whether we’ll replace/refund the order or not.

• Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by PULL UP KING™️.

• PULL UP KING™️ gives USPS the opportunity to fulfill their delivery promise within the shipping time frame selected and paid for by the customer before taking further action on lost packages.

• Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.



PULL UP KING™️ provides a 14 day warranty on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms apply:

  • Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 7 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • Beyond 7 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 14 days of the original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in new, resell-able condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
  • If the leatherette boxes associated with certain  products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.
  • We do not accept returns sale items. All sale items are final.
